Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the product is disconnected, cleaned, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will arrange for a specialized courier to collect the heavy appliance from your doorstep at a time that suits your schedule.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the unit for damage and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
